Holiday hangover’s are not just brought on by excessive food or alcohol. We wake on January 2nd and what comes into focus is the excessive spending and neglect of our normal duties and obligations. We’ve taken time off work, bought gifts, indulged for ourselves… in other words, we spent more and earned less and the post-holiday hangover is one we gotta get up and work more and harder during it! And the extra cookies and lounging have left us lethargic and depleted. Yep… THAT’S A HANGOVER!
Well, the only way to truly avoid a hangover is to not drink the kool-aid but we want have our cake, eat it too and not get fat as a result either. So instead of SKIPPING holiday festivities and luxuries, let’s have get-back-on-the-horse strategy to bounce back!
