Memory/Mind:
Hypnosis is very effective for enhancing memory and mind abilities and functions.  Improve a short attention span or short and long term memory.  This is a very useful trait for everyone to improve.

Sexuality:
Sexuality is an integral part of our being.  Whether we are trying to control or enhance our sexual appetites, the most important thing is to recognize that sexuality need not be a distraction to our lives. It is meant to be enjoyed and should provide us with an intimate way of expressing ourselves. 
Sexual limitations can be frustrating and there is no reason to miss out on life’s great pleasures.  Learn how to attract the right partners and how to please them.  Enjoy more out of your sex life and begin to give, not only to your partner, but to yourself.

Relationships:
We all desire love and companionship.  We all seem to be either pining for it if it isn’t present in our lives or dealing with it if it is.  Relationships can be hard to manage: the idea that we are supposed to meet other people who are very different than us and expect things to simply function and be happy is shortsighted.  Relationships take work.  You can learn how to be happy again and how to return to relationships if you’ve been hurt or confused.  Heal the past, live in the present and look forward to the future.  The strategies offered here are some of the most successful and progressive (and fun) insights you will learn and experience about love, romance, life and being together with someone.  Yes, there is a way to have all that and be practical too.

Romance/Dating:
If you look at the people who are successful in establishing relationships and attracting the opposite sex and a fulfilling social life you will discover that they are not any more wealthy or attractive, intelligent or funny than you or anyone else.  How then, do they succeed where others remain alone and unattached?
It is a subconscious attitude that allows them to be who they truly are and to display a subtle availability and attainability to the right people who will be attracted to them.
The first key is to know what your subconscious attitude should be.  The second is to know which person is going to be attracted to you so you can pursue the right ones and succeed.
There is someone for everyone.  Learn how to recognize who will be attracted to you, how to attract them and even how to keep them by your side.  Learn how to end relationships gracefully if they are not in your best interest and how to move on and find the one that is.  You can be shy or you can be over the top or somewhere in between.  You can keep it fun and light or you can find the special one that is right for you.
The choice can be yours.

Financial:
Money is always a problem.  If we have a lot of it we find it does not make us happy (see the “spiritual” sections).  If we have too little it occupies our minds and lives.  What is success?  How much is enough?  What about “liking” what you do for a living?  Are you realizing your financial potential?  There is a way to do what you like, like what you do and make the most from it.  Don’t wait.  Once you have achieved financial security you can begin to focus on the things in life that truly matter.

Habits:
Willpower is a great tool and is always there, except when we need it!  We all have habits.  The question is, do we control them or do they control us?  Whether it is a minor finger-tapping or an obsessive tic, we are much better off if we are in control of our minds and our actions.  With the control of both, we become the masters of our lives and destinies.  If we cannot control the little things, we have little hope of controlling the bigger issues in life.  Don’t be a victim, be a champion.  Get control and keep it!

Smoking:
Most smoking cessation strategies fail.  If willpower were enough, you would have kicked the habit long ago.  Only 15% of cessation programs (like the patch) are successful if there is no behavior modification program in place (like hypnosis).  An impressive 90% of them become successful when combined with a behavioral approach.  You don’t need to struggle and try.  You can do and you can quit for good!  The cravings, the need, the desire, the smell can be gone.  The health and the rewards can be forever.  Most programs take 6 sessions; occasionally a one time session can be employed for an additional cost and extended session (2-3 hrs).  The money you’ll save over time should be motivation enough.  The health and longevity to your life will be the best reward.

Weight:
Diets do not work.  Anyone who has tried it knows this for sure.  No diet anytime is going to be permanently effective, plain and simple.  There is only one way to lose weight and keep it off: proper diet and exercise.  This does not mean that one has to give up delicious food and become a fitness guru!  Most people who are ideal weight have a comfortable diet and may not even exercise regularly.  The key is in control and recognizing that food is something to enjoy and does not need to be excessive to do so.  Hypnosis is one of the leading methods in weight control and management.  When your willpower is not enough, hypnosis will give it that boost.  There is no need to suffer and be distracted by the diet or the program.  Hypnosis helps to take the desire and cravings away so you can enjoy your life wile you are losing becoming trim, good looking and healthy.  You have tried everything else; now try something that will change your life for good.

Nail Biting (and other nervous habits):
Nervous habits make us appear insecure and weak to others.  It sends a message that stress and pressure in even the mildest forms are defeating to us.  If we cannot manage small habits it does not seem likely that someone may trust us to manage business, a relationship or much else.  What others don’t realize is how deeply ingrained some of these habits can be in the subconscious mind.  If willpower were enough, you would have stopped long ago. Hypnosis goes straight to the subconscious mind and reprograms that habit giving you control.

Enuresis:
More commonly known as bedwetting, enuresis is an embarrassing and sometimes humiliating condition that the individual has no control over.  This condition is extremely common and is of no fault of the individual; instead it is typically a symptom of stress or anxiety.  It is very treatable and the rewards of self-confidence, control and accomplishment are great.


Motivation:
Motivation is a difficult condition to maintain.  Even the high achiever has difficulty maintaining a high degree of motivation.  The problem with the lack of motivation is that it prevents us from realizing our potential.  We earn less, accomplish less, love and play less too.  Even if we are doing a lot, if we lack motivation we don’t seem to do things as well as if we were properly motivated.  Hypnosis can create motivation that seems to be lacking and discover new degrees of motivation yet untapped.  Just think of all the things you could accomplish if you had that inner drive or an extra push!

Professional:

Physical Fitness:
Very few people like to exercise and without motivation not only do we miss out on regular fitness, when we do participate we do it halfheartedly which means we go through the trouble and use the time but don’t realize the best results.  It is easy to become motivated with hypnosis.  Once you begin, it becomes easier and easier and more enjoyable.  Hundreds of thousands of people work out and have full time families, jobs and more.  Yes, it can be done and you can do it!

Personal:
Personal motivation is key to our ability to enjoy life.  Sometimes we seem to give all of our time and energy to our careers, family, loved ones, friends and everyone and everything else but ourselves.  When this goes on for extended periods we quite literally forget how to take time for ourselves and become motivated in our own lives and happiness.  If you are personally motivated and take care of you, you will b more successful in everything else and with everyone else.

Social:
Many times we do not feel like “going out”.  It’s expensive, a hassle, too much work, etc.  But we also feel that we might be missing out on the fun or even professional opportunities because we do not mix and socialize.  Don’t let a lack of motivation or social skills keep you from enjoying your life or having more success.  Hypnosis can break down those walls and get you out there when you feel you should.


Self-Expression:
Expressing ourselves can be difficult and challenging.  We may choose to remain quiet even though we have an idea or something on our minds because we fear saying the wrong thing or saying the right thing the wrong way.  Sometimes we lack the confidence or courage to speak up.  Self-expression can take many forms; the way we dress, walk, speak, stand, create, write and more.  Learn how to let your light shine.  Everyone will benefit from seeing it.

Creativity:

Moods & Behaviors:
Daily living can be stressful and unpredictable.  The result of routines or the lack of them can create mood swings and behaviors that make us seem different than we truly are.  You can regain consistency to your character and you can experience evenness to your personality.

Stress/Anxiety/Depression:
These conditions are among the most common conditions throughout the world.  It is quite literally impossible for anyone in modern society to live without stress and once stress gains a strong hold it quickly becomes anxiety and leads to a cycle of anxiety depression.  Experiencing these conditions is no ones fault nor is it a weakness.  It is inevitable.  Hypnosis should be used for these conditions the same way someone might use a massage to ease tension.  But while a massage is fleeting and extremely temporary, hypnosis for stress and its related conditions can give us the ability, power and clarity to become more effective, productive and increase our ability to enjoy the life we work so hard to live! 

Fears & Phobias:
A fear is a rational condition that interferes with our ability to function and enjoy.  Because it’s rational it is easily treated once the cause is determined.  Hypnosis is very effective for this and we specialize in this area.  A phobia is an irrational condition that interferes with our ability to function and enjoy normal and everyday things and events.  Because the cause is not known, it can be elusive and extremely troublesome.  Phobias are as easily treated as fears, sometimes more so.  Don’t let these conditions hold you back in life.  The cause is in the subconscious mind and hypnosis can change it form a fear or phobia to nothing!

Abuse Recovery:
