In your first session your immediate symptoms will be discussed. You will be conditioned for hypnosis at which time you will receive subconscious suggestions that will help you to feel better and think with more clarity right away. In subsequent sessions, conflicts and problems will be discussed in more depth. Whether it’s smoking or the loss of a loved one, there are usually underlying subconscious elements that have created the current condition.
